Our very own pregnancy yoga guru offers private yoga lessons for all stages of pregnancy and beyond. Sonia’s has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and teaching for 9 of them. Her pregnancy yoga classes aim to prepare your body & mind for a blissful pregnancy, easy labor and a smooth joyful entry into motherhood. Postnatal classes gently restore and rejuvenate the body. You can even practice yoga with your baby, how wonderful is that!
